The research and development projects of the institute and the award-winning enterprises or contestants participating in the national catering technology competitions shall be given a fixed amount of subsidies. The maximum amount of each enterprise shall not exceed 100,000 yuan; and the catering enterprises shall not exceed 70% of the booth fee for participating in domestic and foreign well-known catering trade shows.
