According to the "Cashmere Knitwear" product standard, in the first-class cashmere sweater, the dichloromethane-soluble material must be ≤ 1.7%, because cashmere knitwear is based on gram price, if the content of oil on the cashmere sweater exceeds the standard, it will inevitably increase the weight of the cashmere sweater, increase the selling price, and inconvenience consumers' interests. In the spot check of cashmere sweaters, a certain percentage of products were judged to be unqualified due to the exceeding of standard of dichloromethane-soluble substances.
Third, the pH value.
The pH is often referred to as acid-alkaline and is a value used to indicate the pH of the solution. The surface of human skin is weakly acidic to prevent the invasion of bacteria. Therefore, the pH value of textiles is beneficial to human health between slightly acidic and neutral. According to the national mandatory standards, the pH value of clothing that directly touches the skin must not exceed 7.5. If the pH is too high, it will damage the weakly acidic environment on the skin surface of the human body, cause itching, make the skin vulnerable to other pathogens, and even cause dermatitis. In the spot check, the product was found to be unqualified due to excessive pH.
